P9 - Homemade Fruit Kulfi

I know it's not the season for kulfi in Bengaluru but you can't resist one if your daughter have made it. This recipe is very simple and healthy.



Pick two or three fruits of your choice. Wash the fruits and cut them in small pieces. She selected pomegranate and papaya. Make fruit paste using a mixer. Add little salt to the pomegranate paste. Now, take a kulfi mould to set the kulfi. Fill the mould one by one with fruit pastes and place these moulds to freezer.

Once the kulfi is set, you can enjoy your testy and healthy kulfi.
