P24 - Shadows

 Hi,

My name is Praganya, I am 7 years old and study in class 2.

Today, I did an experiment on shadows and want to share it with you all.

I put the light source on the side of the object that time the shadow was longer.

Then I put the light source on the top of the object that time the shadow was shorter.

Then I also tried with double light source that time there were two shadows.

 

 

Below are the observations from my experiment:

• The shadow was opposite to the light source.
• When the light source is on the top, the shadow is shorter.
• When the light source is on the side of the object, the shadow is longer.
• The shadow is created for each light source like below.
  

 

I am sad that google is not allowing me to write the blog from my account. So, I am sharing my experience with my mom's blog.

I will keep sharing my experiments with you all.
